Why Huntsville?
The question of "Why Huntsville?" is asked to me all the time. How did I go from New York, to Los Angeles, to Huntsville? Growing up in Long Island, New York our neighborhood Pizzeria was our local hangout. It was a place to meet our friends aft er school, a place where our families went to "pick up a pie", or a place where our moms would call because they knew we would be there.

After soccer and baseball, the team would go for pizza parties, at birthday parties it would be delivered and every one ate pizza. I became involved in a New York style pizzeria in Los Angeles and opened about a half dozen stores for them and then continued in the restaurant business working in local restaurants as well as corporate chains.

I always dreamed of opening a pizza store of my own. When I learned about the Bridge Streeet Development, I probably couldn't find Alabama on a map, never mind Huntsville. Still I was fascinated with the idea of my own store, so I hopped on a plane and headed to Huntsville. I was amazed at how nice everyone was and how family oriented the neighborhoods were. I instantly began to enjoy the hills, the clean, cript air, and scents of the south. My wife Christy and I have two sons and  the idea of being able to raise them in this environment and the opportunity to open our own restaurant made the decision to move to Huntsville very clear.
